Streetwear brand representing Japan, "A BATHING APE®" and "Clarks ORIGINALS" which was founded 1825 in the United Kingdom and has been creating high-quality footwear ever since, have released their first collaborative footwear collection. Four items that make up the collection will be exclusively available on Saturday, August 8th at A BATHING APE® locations, US.BAPE.COM, and Clarks official online store. 

Clarks ORIGINALS has established itself as a street culture brand while melding traditional British craftsmanship and innovative footwear technology. The brand's signature products, such as the Wallabee boots and Desert boots, remain faithful to their roots while continuing to value their connection to modern fashion and culture. This stance, which can be described as an authentic and original branding, is also common to the branding that "A BATHING APE®" has preserved over the past 27 years. The collaboration between the two brands have resulted in a capsule collection unlike any other. The collection will go down in history as the 70th anniversary of the iconic Clarks Desert Boot, which has been an icon since its debut in 1950. 

Every detail remains true to the original, from the length of stitching to the refined 220 last that each boot is formed around. While both profiles feature an ultra-comfortable leather lining and dual Clarks x BAPE® branding, the Wallabee features an extra-light outsole with unique "shark tooth" tred and signature BAPE® camo textile on a premium suede vamp. The Desert Boot has laser printed BAPE® logos - which is different on each foot in a pair - and Clark's signature crepe outsole. This collection celebrates BAPE®'s impact on the world of streetwear and its success in introducing Japanese fashion culture to the world, together with Clarks ORIGINALS.

The two brands share iconic status on the world stage and in order to bring this collaboration to life, the campaign imageries feature Manchester City and England footballing icon, Raheem Sterling.
