I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on select merchandise within 20 days of purchase date. Refunds are provided in the form of a us.bape.com online store credit excluding original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $8. 

What forms of payment do you accept? Can I use PayPal?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

Can I switch an item or cancel my order before it ships?
No. We cannot edit or cancel orders once they are placed as we start working on them immediately to ensure the fastest shipping possible.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that the billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No. In order to ship orders as quickly as possible, we start working on them immediately after they are confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders. Please be sure to confirm the shippi
ng address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order. 

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
At this time, we are only accepting orders for residential addresses in the U.S.A. and Canada. Please view our policy for specific details.

I live in Canada, why won't my order process?
Due to Canadian import regulations, select items are prohibited from entering the country. These items cannot be purchased with a shipping address in Canada and will show an error when checking out.

Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes a UPS tracking number.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping.

When will out of stock items be restocked?
Our inventory changes weekly with products offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Select products may offer the option to sign up for restock notifications.
