All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes a UPS tracking number.

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web store?
We are only offering a select group of items through the web shop at this time. Our inventory changes weekly, so please check back for store updates and news announcements on product releases.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
