Bape Online Orders Return Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on select merchandise within 20 days of purchase date. Refunds are provided in the form of a us.Bape.com online store credit, excluding original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $8. 

All returned item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, with the hangtag attached, and in their original packaging to be accepted. 

Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original hangtags and packaging will not be accepted. Any return in an unsuitable condition will be refused and returned to you.  

Please note: 

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged 

  • Online orders cannot be returned in-store 

  • Online store credit is not transferable to any Bape retail location 

  • Online store credit will be equal to the amount paid for the item(s) 

  • Only 1 exchange will be allowed per item 

  • Bape is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes associated with Canadian returns or exchanges 

  • Pirate and AAPE orders as well as all purchases made in a Bape retail location are considered final sale and cannot be returned 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return / refund / exchange to be processed. You will receive email confirmation once an online store credit is processed or exchange order is shipped. 

Final Sale 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewlery / Watches
  • Hats
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments including underwear and socks
  • Bape Home including Bape Gallery, furniture, dishware, office goods
  • Figurines including BE@RBRICK, plush dolls, bobble heads, figurines

Please enter the order number and email address associated with your order. 

After filling out the return form, a prepaid FedEx return label will be generated.  

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive email confirmation once an online store credit is processed or exchange order is shipped.
