Bape Online Orders Return Policy 

If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on select merchandise within 20 days of purchase date. Refunds are provided in the form of a us.Bape.com online store credit, excluding original shipping costs and a restocking fee of $8. 

 

Bape does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a replacement, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order using the store credit emailed to you once the return is complete.

 

All returned item(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn, with the hangtag attached, and in their original packaging to be accepted. 

 

Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original hangtags and packaging will not be accepted. Any return in an unsuitable condition will be refused and returned to you.  

 

Please note: 

  • Final Sale products are marked as such on their product pages, sold as-is, and are non-returnable, non-refundable

  • Online orders cannot be returned in-store 

  • Online store credit is not transferable to any Bape retail location 

  • Online store credit will be equal to the amount paid for the item(s)

  • Bape is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes associated with Canadian returns or exchanges 

  • Pirate and AAPE orders as well as all purchases made in a Bape retail location are considered final sale and cannot be returned

  • Gift Sets
  • Undergarments including underwear and socks
  • Keychains
  • Bape Home including Bape Gallery, furniture, dishware, office goods
  • Figurines including BE@RBRICK, plush dolls, bobble heads, figurines

Please enter the 6-digit order number and delivery zip code associated with your order. 

After completing the form, your return will be reviewed, and a prepaid FedEx return label will be emailed within 2-5 business days.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed after confirmed delivery. Once complete, you will receive an email containing your us.Bape.com online store credit.
