In a creative merge of fashion and Hip Hop Culture, BAPE® and Def Jam Enterprises come together to release a capsule which embodies FEARLESS EXPRESSION with artists Onyx and Redman featured in the campaign. The collection features a unique camo pattern throughout the collection. The BAPE® x Def Jam collection includes a Shark Full Zip Hoodie, college logo tees, all-over print tees, and SKULL STAs - a popular BAPE® sneaker model that was revived exclusively for this collaboration.
Some collection highlights include the Shark Full Zip Hoodie patchwork, which reads “DEF”, replacing the usual “WGM” (World Gone Mad) on the hood.
The college logo tee combines the Def Jam motif with the iconic A Bathing Ape® motif, while the all-over print tee features the Def Jam logo prominently on the chest - a rare design choice for collaborative lineups. Additionally, the SKULL STAs incorporate the Def Jam collab camo in their design, and also include the BAPE® logo on the sole.
