Two close collaborators - adidas Originals and BAPE team up once again for SS21, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the iconic adidas Superstar sneaker.
This latest take on the Superstar arrives in two new colorways. Each pair features asymmetrical branding on the upper, as the BAPE shooting star graphic shares placement with adidas’ three stripes. Additional co-branding appears on the tongue and heel, while a gold deubré rounds out the look.
A black and white rendition pays homage to the clean and classic color scheme of the original 1969 Superstar, with a white base and contrasting black details. A third colorway continues the camouflage theme in mismatched tones of purple, red and blue throughout.
The BAPE x adidas Originals Superstar “Multi Camo” & “White” are available from BAPE starting Feb 27th.
